K, I’m a total fan boy of Alex Roulette. I discovered his work about a year ago and since then I’ve become a groupie.

His latest work is just fantastic, it’s full of “a moment in life” kind of paintings; running through the snow on a cold winter night, hanging by the pool at night with friends, lighting a colourful smoke bomb, you know, the shits and all.

Love when an artist uses such mundane life scenes and transforms them into something beautiful that for some reason, seems way more meaningful; hanging by the pool seems like nothing out of the ordinary, but when painted by Alex Roulette, it’s like hanging out at a gallery.

On that note, I am going to get a little bit of mundane living tonight (a.k.a. I’m gonna have a burger with friends) so I can recharge my batteries before next week. LOTS of stuff coming next week guys, you just wait!
