Oh hey
Yah, I caught you by surprise, didn’t I?
Today I’m featuring the hyper-realistic paintings of Luciano Ventrone, an Italian artist that doesn’t believe painting should be all about the object:
Painting is not about the mere representation of an object, it’s about color and light. The right proportions between those two elements form a shape inside the space. The subject cannot be seen as it is but as an abstract element.
In his work, Luciano Ventrone uses his stellar color and light techniques to create eye-popping master pieces. Don’t you love when you’re caught off guard by art?
