This is a total fluke – I mean, what are the chances of finding so many embroidered awesome things at once. Maybe it’s a sign, maybe I have to pick up my thread and needle and give another try to an embroidery challenge. Are you diggin it? Then just wait until you see the rest of Jazmin’s work.
Jazmin Berakha is a Buenos Aires based artist that has a killer love affair with her sewing skills. She creates pretty images with very few ingredients; threads, color and geometric patterns (and we all love those, don’t we). Her wonderful creations remind me of the work of native artists in my homeland . Not that I want to play favorites here – but I bet her talent comes from Latin blood, right? Just sayin!

I’ve recently become quite obsessed with embroidery work—so this stuff makes me really happy. These embroidered illustrations are so textural and lively.
