Hi yo! I have a new easy recipe for you that I made for my buds of La Crema Wines, it’s the perfect lazy, but still gourmet-y, dinner that you’ll definitely have in repeat. This shakshuka has some spicy chorizo and chickpeas which make it almost stew-y like and loaded with flavour, for an extra touch of heat I added aleppo peppers.
I paired this dish with La Crema’s Monterey Pinot Noir, which is smooth and juicy and will definitely make it more elevated – even though it’s a brunch dish, but who cares! Lunch for dinner? Yes please, all the time.
