Happy Monday!
Dudes, last night I had an episode of giving birth from your head – also known as migraine. Don’t know how it happened, but one second I was fine and the next thing I know, boom! My head was pounding like the headboard of a bed in a conjugal visit. Everything was blurry. Like in a foggy dream where your brain is trying to escape your skull.
Why am I talking about this? Well, ’cause while I was laying on the couch chanting “ooommmmm” to get rid of the pain, I found Andy Denzler paitings (yes, I’m sadistic like that and I browse and blog when I have a migraine) – his wonderful work definitely distracted me from all the discomfort.
I love his technique – the way he transforms daily life scenes into abstract images. I’m not sure if he plans where to scrape each painting or if it’s a random thing, but I bet there must be some sort of pre-scraping test to make sure all the details look so, perfectly imperfect. Maybe he also suffers from crazy migraines and that’s how he sees the world when he’s having an episode…Yeah, that’s probably it.

ohhh These are amazing. Thanks so much for sharing these Gabriel. I guess I’m sorta grateful (?) for your migraine if it helped you to find these? Glass half full or something? Thanks again.
Gabriel says
hahaha, yes, thankfully the migraine is almost gone. Thanks for visiting :)
