HELLOOOOO. My dear dear friends. It’s been so long! First of all, I am so sorry for taking my sweet ass time to come back here. Better late than never!
The last couple months really pushed me to the limit and I got ganged banged left right and centre (and not the hot kind of gang bang, but more like, the work type). One thing though that was pretty sweet it’s that I got to host some awesome workshops with my buddy Joann Pai, one in Italy and one in Russia (!!), I’ll be sharing some of those photos later on. For now let’s talk about salad!
So, I won’t bore you with lots of details (not yet!) of the last 2 months and the changes in my life, BUT I will, however, share with you these super fresh recipe I made a few weeks back for the guys of La Crema wines, and it’s a new fave of mine. It’s so crunchy, I love it! If you don’t like the taste of raw veggies, you could blanch them, but trust me, when the produce is this fresh, you want to enjoy it as is.
What I also love about this salad is how pretty it looks, totally perfect to stun your buddies at brunch or on your next lunch date.
You can find the full recipe on their blog along with a wine pairing.
And how cute are those flowers!? I’m so excited that the market is full of colour again! And I am even more excited to be back in the kitchen and to be back here on the blog with all of you! Ahhh, feels good :)
I’ll see you around this week for other awesome recipes and from here on it’ll be smooth sailing sans me being always M.I.A, I promise.
