This is what dreams are made of. A beautiful home in a heritage building? Yes, yes, and triple yes. This marvellous space won the first prize of DoFA ’12, under the Interior and Design category.
For those of you who don’t know what DoFa is (including myself), DoFA is this great architecture Polish festival that gives recognition to the best interior design firms (that’s at least what I was able to translate from their Polish website). They’ve been doing it for a few years, and the winners are nothing short of amazing. There’s some serious talent brewing over there. If you want to see more interior gems from DoFA, go over here.
Now, I know most of us don’t live in this kind of pristine, dream-like space, but we can definitely take some notes from 29 Square Meters’ design. Here’s my to-do list inspired by the images above:
– Add some colour to my dining room chairs
– Create a cool terrarium to spruce up my coffee table display
– Purchase affordable plants to up the green factor
And I think that’s good for now. If I get to it, soon enough I’ll be sharing photos of these to-do projects.
Got any DYI / Design projects of your own for the weekend?

What a gorgeous small space that doesn’t feel small at all! Love the green accents. Lovely palette and light throughout! Great to-do list :)

I would gladly sacrifice half my apartment space to have this. The colors of the different woods are beautiful.
